Le Corsaire Coryphee

A sparkling, emerald green professional tutu created for the role of the Coryphees or Odalisques in Le Corsaire Act II. This tutu is also suitable for the role of Medora or Gulnare.

The short top is made with dark emerald green satin, and is entirely decorated with gold trims and pendants, green pearls and crystals. It features a deep V neckline and nude insert. Nude mesh, three-quarter sleeves are sewn to the nude straps and are decorated with golden tiny flowers and other beads. There are two double rows of hooks and eyes in the back, and a string built into the bodice, for better adjustment at chest level. 

The hand dyed, professional pancake tutu skirt has 12 layers of fine English net, all tacked by hand. Panties are ruffled. The tulle has been dyed in gradient shades of emerald green. Dark green satin waist belt with rich gold decoration. The top layer of the skirt has been embellished with golden appliques, trims, as well as crystals.
