Professional Platter with no Decoration

Plain professional, Russian type platter tutu, that can be made in any color.

The bodice is made with beautiful semi-stretchy fabric, and features a V neck and nude spaghetti straps. The bodice can also be made in velvet or satin fabric, upon request.

The hooped platter tutu skirt has 10 layers of hand tacked, high quality tulle.

Arm bands included.
