The top of the bodice is entirely decorated with gold appliques, red and golden crystals. . The 12 layers, hooped tutu skirt is bright red, with a black velvet small tutu skirt, entirely decorated in gold to match the bodice. The top layer of the tutu is embellished with sparkles. Matching arm bracelets.
