There cape sleeves attached to the clear straps, to complete the Romantic and regal look of this highly professional tutu. The sleeves are also hand dyed in gradient tones of pink, with golden lace on the edges. Hooks and eyes closing.
The professional tutu skirt features 12 layers of white tulle, hand dyed in gradient shades of pale pink. The tutu skirt is decorated with golden lace, trims and sparkles.
