A new beautiful Blue Bird costume we have just created. Featuring a dark blue satin bodice with a nude front insert, silver trims and crystals. The arm bands are white and complete the look of this professional tutu.
The top layer of the professional platter tutu skirt has been ombre' dyed in gradient shades of blue, and the rest of the tutu skirt is made using white net. The overlay is richly decorated with silver appliques and blue crystals.
