New Creation 2024. This charming Peasant Romantic tutu has been created for the role of Swanilda, Swanlda's friends, Giselle or Coppelia.
This peasant, professional stage costume, features a traditional lined and piped bodice with hooks and eyes, made from dupion silk, a cotton voile insert and sleeves which are trimmed with lace and flowers. Hand embroidered roses on insert.
The circular skirt consists of 2 layers of bridal tulle ,1 layer of dress net and the top layer is linen. The linen skirt works beautifully with the silk dupion.
The skirt was edged with a guipure lace and braid.
