"Blue Cloud" is one of our most elegant tutus. Featuring a deep sky blue color, and a silk taffetas bodice entirely decorated with clear crystals. It features a pancake, 10 layers tutu skirt made with matching high quality tulle. The first layer of tulle is scattered with silver glitter, and the edges of the skirt are nicely scalloped and the whole skirt is decorated with silver appliques and clear crystals.
