The bodice is made with deep blue velvet, and features silver decorations with appliques. A pale blue chiffon scarf is attached to the center of the bodice and decorates each side.
The pancake, 10 layers tutu skirt has been ombre dyed pale blue, fading to white. Silver decorations have been sewed all around the skirt, making this tutu extremely shiny.
