The deep dark blue upper part of the bodice features a white undershirt, a laced pattern, flower appliques, and puffy white sleeves.

The Romantic tutu skirt is white and very soft, boasting a dark blue organza top layer. Decoration on the edges of the skirt is made with two rows of dark blue satin ribbons. A tiny apron completes the look of this professional Romantic tutu.

The dress is embellished by a white apron decorated with white lace and ribbons.
