This is a professional stage costume, which resembles a simple vest in peasant style with a decorative lacing in the front.
The sleeves and the collar are made of white crepe-chiffon.
The decor consists of appliques, lace and small buttons.

The costume perfectly suits the role of Colas in “La Fille Mal Gardée” ballet, but can be also used in other ballet variations.
