It consists of a paneled bodice with a sweetheart neckline and off the shoulder, ice blue chiffon sleeves. The decorations are silver appliques and and white crystals. The blue chiffon peplum is attached to the bodice

The skirt has been ombre' dyed in gradient shades of sky blue, and embellished with sparkles. On the waist area more shiny appliques were sewn for added shine.

Entirely hand made and embroidered.
