The bodice of this tutu is made with strtchy sky blue lycra, and features a deep nude insert, and rich flower decorations around the neck, and in form of a trail across the bodice.

The Romantic tutu skirt is hand dyed in gradient shades of pale  blue, with flower appliques and decorations scattered all around the skirt.
