The bodice and tutu skirt are made with high quality deep blue velvet, featuring rich decoration with silver and blue crystals, sequins and sparkles

The pancake tutu skirt is white and features ruffled panties, an inserted hoop and 10 layers of graded tulle. Arm bands included.
