The bodice of this Romantic tutu is made with blue velvet and features the typical lacing pattern in the front, white undershirt, embellishments with blue lace and white net balloon short sleeves.

The Romantic tutu skirt is blue with white layers underneath, and is embellished by a cute peasant white apron.

The edges of the tutu skirt are decorated with blue satin ribbons.
